I am going to help you tell your story so that you can:

  • Stand out from the crowd

  • Increase revenues

  • Make the impact you are capable of

Hi, I’m Jeff! My goal is to make you look good. Maybe that’s with a great new portrait or headshot. One that gets you noticed, helps you stand out. One that captures the “best you.” Maybe it’s by delivering awesome event photos. So awesome that people notice and give you high-fives and pats on the back. Bottom line is I absolutely love helping my clients shine, and I’m confident I can do that for you.

Why does this matter? When you or your organization stand out and get noticed, it helps you better engage your audience. Your online presence garners more attention, more clicks, more engagement. Your resume/proposal/marketing pieces are more memorable. When interactions increase, so do revenues. A better, higher-paying position. More clients or donors for your organization.

And when revenues increase, there are more opportunities to make a difference. To make the impact you are capable of.

I LOVE photography. Love working with my clients. Love creating images that bring out your unique personality. Or the camaraderie and enthusiasm at an event. Or the focus, determination, and grace of sport. I love the gear. Love learning about photography and trying new things, pushing current limits to create new ones.

I bought my first camera in high school (no, really). Photographed a lot of nature and field hockey (go, Karen!) in college. But when we were first married, money was tight and film expensive, so I put the camera down. Eventually picked it up again for my job at the time and instantly knew “THIS is what I want to do.” I was fortunate to be mentored by an amazing, renowned photographer who helped me build my skills and confidence. Freelanced on the side for a while, getting great feedback from friends and clients alike, and eventually took the leap to pursue being a full-time photographer.

Before I become a full-time, professional photographer, I did a lot of other stuff. Started in sales and quickly discovered I hate sales and began the migration towards the marketing side of things. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working for huge corporations, start-ups, and non-profits.

I mention this because it helps me help you. I am a graphic designer. I’ve designed and built web sites. I’ve written proposals and designed presentations. I’ve developed and implemented organization-wide communications strategies. Again, why does this matter? Because it helps me understand the needs of my clients and how to help them tell a compelling visual story. It all helps make me a better photographer

So, how can I help you? How can I make you look good?
